Circle K is one of the largest owners of convenient stores in the world. It had grown to that size through several acquisitions, and many of the acquired brands maintained their original brands for years. Circle K decided to pursue a single brand strategy and began a plan for changing thousands of stores over to the Circle K name.
The challenge was to create a new look that expressed Circle K’s new brand strategy and create an employee engagement campaign that introduced employees to the Circle K brand promise and communicate the company’s total reward offering.
