When Mercer, a global consulting leader, embarked on a re-brand, they knew a tight strategy was vital for success. They also knew they needed a structured brand system so their 20,000 employees operating in 40 countries across four business segments could clearly, consistently, and easily articulate the new brand in all forms of communications.
I created a brand system for Mercer that is both flexible and consistent across hundreds of possible communication touch points. I established clear rules for everything from logo usage to photographic style to iconography to print and digital templates.
