As Seton Hall University grew, so did its digital presence. But unlike the university’s structured, strategic growth, its website expanded organically, creating a disjointed, poorly branded experience for students, faculty and staff, alumni and all other key audiences. The fractured brand presence and non mobile-friendly website meant the university was losing ground with prospective students and falling short of current students’ expectations.
I helped the Seton Hall translate its vision by developing an effective and engaging digital experience for the university and their alumni advancement site—one that met both the university’s business and branding objectives. The result was a unified, responsive 8k+ page website with the flexibility to meet the various academic, business, and user engagement demands of all key stakeholders.
